Refund policy

Shipping :

We offer fast shipping all over Egypt with COD "cash on delivery" payment

You can order more than items to choose between.

You can open and check your shipment before the courier leaves.

Incase you don’t want the order, please give the courier the items you don’t want or the whole order and Pay the shipping fees.

After the courier leaves you are not allowed to return the order or Exchange it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our courier will call you in 3 working days once we check the condition of the item, your money will be returned to the same payment method within 15 business days

Damages and issues :

when you receive your order, please check it immediately and contact us  if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges :

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 Refund :

We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
